So how does it work?

You let us know the number of guests, any colour scheme and theme you would like us to work with – whether it’s vintage, shabby chic, ivory or colourful – and we will design a stunning candy buffet to co-ordinate with your event, that is sure to be a real talking point with your party guests.  We have lots of inspirational ideas for sensational colour schemes and set-ups to wow your guests!


Choosing your candy

We can choose all of the candy for you or you can choose specific candy that you know you love! We have an extensive choice of sweets available and are happy to accommodate any special requests. Some people prefer to keep it within a floral colour theme and some like it bright and bold. We use a wide variety of ornate vintage style glass jars and crystal cut bowls which we have collected up to create a perfect set to ensure our candy buffets look chic and stylish. 

 

Setting up the candy buffet

We will deliver and set up 2 hours prior to the start of your event, and produce a wonderful display in our beautiful vintage sweetie jar glassware. We take enormous care in the design and artistic styling of the table, with labels for each sweet to create a professionally finished party centrepiece that is a real visual feast for the eyes.

 

What else do we provide?

We provide all the extras - sweet scoops, traditional candy stripe bags, as well as a sign for the table, table cover in your theme. Design, delivery, set-up and take down is also included.  

 

Our tables are not staffed (though this can be arranged on request for an additional fee). Once the buffet opens, your guests can help themselves and pick & mix from a wonderful selection of sweets, with bags available for a take-home treat.

 

 

What do we need the venue to provide

All we require is a table to be provided. When the buffet opens we do require that the glass lids are removed from the jars and placed safely in a box (that will be provided under the table) by either a designated member of the venue staff or a designated member of the party. The glassware could be very easily damaged or broken by many people lifting and replacing or balancing the lids otherwise, and leaving them scattered on the table leads to clutter and possible breakages.

 

Collection and take down

At the end of the night, (or at a pre-arranged time the following day if required) we will return, clear and collect the glassware. Any unused sweets will be packaged for you to keep. We never re-use sweets. 

 

A full inventory of equipment will be taken prior to and after every event. We understand that accidents happen and equipment may be misplaced, but in such an occurrence we will be in touch with a small replacement charge. 

 

Pricing

Our prices are extremely competitive with packages starting at only £100. We just need to know the number of guests and the theme you require to quote.  We require payment in full just 14 days prior to the event. Call or email us for details and we can quote specifically for your event :)
